COVID UPDATE: WAKE COUNTY

In Wake County district court, if you have compliance cases (insurance, no operators license, registration, etc.) or completed deferrals that and the proof of compliance, we can help you secure dismissals?

Chief Justice Beasley has extended her order closing courts to June 1, 2020.  As result, we may be in a position to help with handling other types of cases in a similar manner by next month prior to the resumption of court the beginning of June.

Give me a call or text to 919-931-2294 to get started on resolving your district court matters while court is closed.

FYI: DUE TO THE POTENTIAL EXPOSURE TO COVID-19, ALL PENDING CASES BEFORE THE COURTS IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA ARE CONTINUED UNTIL 1 JUNE 2020, PENDING FURTHER ORDERS OF THE CHIEF JUSTICE.  CERTAIN ESSENTIAL MATTERS WITH INCARCERATED CLIENTS AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTIVE ORDERS WILL CONTINUE TO BE HEARD.  MY OFFICE REMAINS OPEN AND WILL CONDUCT REGULAR BUSINESS.  I AM HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE ANY APPOINTMENTS BY MEETING BY TELEPHONE OR VIDEO CHAT.
